Those who love Reiki, want to teach it to spread its light are meant to be Reiki Masters. This is not a a sign of achievement nor a mandatory tick mark on the spiritual path – not all Reiki practioners are meant to be Masters. For many Reiki comes into one’s life to lead into a spiritual path and life purpose. Still others want to become healers. Many want to learn because it helps to belong to a spiritual group of people, a sangh, with spiritual discussions which enrich them and keep them connected to  Reiki. Mastership is for those who LOVE reiki, for whom Reiki has changed their life entirely, their worldview and and their philosophy. It is for those who wish to teach it, spread it, and pass the light on.
